After defining a wicked problem and identifying the target audience for the solution, the next step in the design process involves brainstorming, creating, and testing potential solutions. During this iterative process, gathering feedback from peers and potential users is highly beneficial. Below is an example of an exercise in which my team and I developed an information architecture for a prototype to gain insights into key interactions that would benefit both our product and its users. Over time, we adjusted these interactions based on user feedback to better align with their needs.
