Explore one example of my instructional design work: a self-guided learning module built to demonstrate workplace learning principles in action.
This sample module focuses on the Situation–Behavior–Impact (SBI) framework for giving and receiving feedback with confidence, clarity, and purpose. It was designed to fit within a larger course but also functions as a stand-alone experience.
The asynchronous module integrates interactive activities, multimedia elements, and reflection prompts, offering a clear look at my approach to creating engaging and accessible materials for adult learners.
